1.1 Booking Window. Company shall permit User to reserve accommodation up to one calendar year in advance of the desired check‐in date. Availability for such reservations shall become accessible at 12:00 AM (local time) on the date that is one calendar year prior to the User’s contemplated check‐in date.
1.2 Booking Window - Holiday and Peak Periods. Company shall publish a calendar annually (by January 31 of each year) designating specific Holiday and Peak Period dates—defined as those dates exhibiting historically high demand (e.g., Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day, spring holiday etc.). Reservations for any such Holiday or Peak Period are more limited. For these reservations, User cannot book more than 7 nights in the calendar year. Any reservation request that does not satisfy such a maximum stay requirement shall be deemed invalid and subject to rejection by Company. Rules under this paragraph can be relaxed in the relevant year if the Company decides that the rules are not necessary for fair usage of the Accommodation.

Any attempt by User to circumvent the terms of these rules - including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, fraudulent booking attempts, or abusive waitlist practices - shall result in immediate forfeiture of reservations and potential suspension of User’s booking privileges for up to six (6) months.
